Assembly: We ship your chair to you in three cartons for easy customer assembly. The seat back and seat bottom are shipped fully assembled from the factory in one of the cartons.

Upon receiving the shipment, we suggest you first unpackage and lay out all parts. Once you have all the parts laid out, assembly of the Premier Chair should take two people approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

Warranty: We are so confident in the quality and durability of our product, that Sit High Chair offers a 3-year Limited Warranty that your chair will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. Click here for more details. 

Care & Maintenance: Sit High Chairs are designed to provide years of service with very little maintenance. To clean any surface of dirt or grime, just use hot soapy water, a soft bristle brush, and some clean water to rinse. In most circumstances, that is all you will need. We generally do not recommend using a power washer as it can damage the chair if you are not careful. If you do use a power washer, make sure you use a wide fan nozzle as the thin/narrow nozzle can damage the product.

International Orders: Yes - we can ship your order internationally.  Please contact our customer support at customerservice@sithigh.com with the product(s) you would like to order, the quantity of each, and the exact “Ship To” address you would like the order sent.  We will respond via email with an estimate of the shipping cost.
