Shipping: Most of our products are in stock and ship within one to two business days (M-F) after receipt of the order. You will be quickly notified if there is any exception. All products are shipped from our Waynesboro, VA warehouse. We use both UPS or Fed Ex depending on rates and transit time. For standard
ground shipping please allow 3 to 7 days depending on where you are located in the U.S.A.

Shipping multiple chair orders: LTL motor freight:  If ordering more than one chair, you can often save on freight costs by having us ship your order via Motor Freight (aka LTL). On orders containing three or more chairs, it is almost always much less expensive to ship via LTL. Please note that with LTL shipments, someone must be present to receive, inspect for shipping damage, and sign for your delivery while the driver is present. Expedited Shipping: If you happen to need expedited shipping (3-Day, 2-Day, or Next-Day Air), we would be happy to see if we can make that happen. Please e-mail at or call customer support at 434-260-7015 to see if we can meet your schedule and for the expedited shipping cost.

International Shipping: We have shipped Sit High Chairs to several countries all over the world. Please contact our customer support at for more information. International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that a shipment may incur. We are not able to determine the amount of these fees before shipping them to you.

Tracking: Once shipped, tracking information will be provided which will include the estimated delivery date. Please note that all of your packages may not arrive on the same day. For items shipped via Ground, please note that neither FedEx nor UPS will guarantee arrival on a specific day.
